Our office seeks to reconcile and compromise disputes among conflicting parties, till we reach a compromise acceptable to all parties, in case we manage to reach settlement or reconciliation, we proceed with drafting settlement and agreements reconciliation to be signed by these parties, each party received a copy of this agreement and a third copy is kept with our office.
